Picnic by the Lake

Date night tonight was a picnic on Observatory hill on the UW campus. That's Lake Mendota behind us.

What's really interesting is what's helping us take the picture. We propped the camera on a sundial that was a gift from the University of Wisconsin Class of 1908. When the baby is turning 2, that thing will have been casting shadows for 100 years. Think we found a birthday party spot :)
